Adult Yoga  5:30–6:15pm
Flow through basic yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body and mind
Adult Ballet Basics  6:15–7:15pm
Learn the basic positions, movements, and grace of ballet
Adult Tap  7:15–8:00pm
Explore the percussive footwork of rhythm tap tap shoes required

Fridays

Mobility in Motion  4:30–5:30pm
Move within dance styles that enhance balance, rhythm, and creativity
Adult Classical Jazz  5:30–6:30pm
Discover the high-energy movements and musicality of jazz dance
