Starting April 19th we are offering the following 6-week classes...
Adult Ballet & Conditioning - (ages 18 and up)
In this Monday 7:45 - 8:15 pm class, you will learn basic ballet, gain more flexibility, and learn stretching techniques for dance and everyday activities.
Adult Yoga - (ages 18 and up)
A beginner yoga class on Wednesdays 7:00 - 7:45 pm, where you will learn all the frequently used yoga poses as well as how to breathe with the movement. There will be some pose holds and a flow as well. Please bring your own mat!
