The Mi-FIT® Program  (pronounced MY-Fit) is conveniently located inside MI Academy of Dance & Music.  MI-FIT offers a variety of fitness classes, days and times to meet the needs of your schedule and fitness goals.

For one monthly fee you can take any or all of our MI-Fit Classes.  You can mix it up and keep it fun.  Why stare at work out equipment all alone when you get motivated with great instructors who help keep you on track.  Over 60 Classes a month to choose from!

BollyFit®  

We call it "Work-out Amnesia!" when you are having too much fun to notice you are sweating!   This easy and fun introduction to Bollywood Dances will take you on a passage to India. Classes synthesize artistic elements of these high energy dances  in a high powered cardiovascular dance experience.

BollyFit® TranscenDance  

What happens when you blend the fun and excitement of BollyFit with a pinch more of Indian spice and all things nice?  You'll get a vibrant and unique class that Transcends the ordinary Dance experience: cultivate the richness and beauty of Indian culture as we delve deeper into the sparkle, technique and style of Bollywood dances.  No experience necessary.

Yoga 

This class offers a combination of Hatha, Vinyassa and Kundalini styles of Yoga.  Focus on flexibility of the spine and balancing your mind and body by connecting to your breath and increasing your strength and flexibility are what make this Yoga class perfect for all ages. . Experience the benefits of yoga for a happy, healthy, and youthful you!

Zumba®

Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.

ZumbAtomic®

All kids need physical activity.  ZumbAtomic® is great fun and fantastic exercise for kids.  They won't even know they are exercising.  Perfect for boys and girls alike.

Pilates

Core strength is the foundation of Pilates exercise.  It focuses on engaging the mind with the body to create exercises that involve the whole body. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination and decreases stress.

Cardio Boot Camp

Cardio Boot Camp combines interval aerobics and strength training using your own body weight.  Get into shape fast and feel good!

Boot Camp - Athletic Conditioning

Designed to improve athetic performance, workouts are constantly varied to help you take your performance to the next level and reduce your risk of injury.  In this high intensity class you'll perform functional exercises using your body weight, kettle-bells and more.  You will get your heart rate up, you will sweat, you will be sore and you will get results.  If your goals are to improve muscular strength, endurance and athletic performance and if you are willing to train hard to get results, this is the class for you.  No experience necessary, only a "bring it on" attitude!

Combo Fit

Combo Fit gives you three fitness classes in one: Yoga, Aerobics & Strength Training.   Get the most for your health in just one hour.
