BollyFit®
We call it "Work-out Amnesia!" when you are having too much fun to notice you are sweating! This easy and fun introduction to Bollywood Dances will take you on a passage to India. Classes synthesize artistic elements of these high energy dances in a high powered cardiovascular dance experience.

BollyFit® TranscenDance
What happens when you blend the fun and excitement of BollyFit with a pinch more of Indian spice and all things nice? Pilates
Core strength is the foundation of Pilates exercise. It focuses on engaging the mind with the body to create exercises that involve the whole body. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination and decreases stress.

Boot Camp - Athletic Conditioning
Designed to improve athetic performance, workouts are constantly varied to help you take your performance to the next level and reduce your risk of injury. In this high intensity class you'll perform functional exercises using your body weight, kettle-bells and more. You will get your heart rate up, you will sweat, you will be sore and you will get results. If your goals are to improve muscular strength, endurance and athletic performance and if you are willing to train hard to get results, this is the class for you. No experience necessary, only a "bring it on" attitude!
